General Conditions
All pices in our Webshop include german VAT.
Retailers need to login to order at net-prices plus VAT.
Shipping Costs for Consumers
Our usual shipping partner is DPD. If the parcel cannot be accepted by the adressee, the parcel carrier leaves a notice containing information on the repeated delivery.
With the code given on that notice, you can arrange delivery at another address or make different delivery arrangements.
Shipment inside Germany
Shipping costs inside Germany are 4,40 EUR (including VAT) flat, no matter how many articles are ordered.
Shipment to Austria
Shipping costs to Austria are 9,95 EUR (including VAT) flat, no matter how many articles are ordered.
If the buyer can state a valid VAT-ID, the seller will be happy to issue a net invoice.
Shipment to Italy
Shipping costs to Italy are 11,95 EUR (including VAT) flat, no matter how many articles are ordered.
If the buyer can state a valid VAT-ID, the seller will be happy to issue a net invoice.
Shipment to all other European Countries
Shipping costs to all other European Countries are 30,00 EUR (including VAT) flat, no matter how many articles are ordered.
If the buyer can state a valid VAT-ID, the seller will be happy to issue a net invoice.
Conditions of Payment
We offer PayPal and payment in advance.
Payment via PayPal
PayPal is an online service, which makes webshopping safe, fast and easy.
Safe: the customers bank- or creditcard-details are only known at PayPal. They will not be sent to every webshop individually.
Easy: you can pay with two clicks since your Details are already kown and need not be stated over and over again.
Fast: PayPal-payments arrive fast. The seller can ship your order immediately and the customer receives the goods earlier.
Paymant via bank transfer (payment in advance)
The seller prepares your order and sends a proforma-invoice as soon as the goods have been packed for shipping. Please indicate the order number and your customer number in your bank transfer to enable the seller to link your payment to your order and ship it fast.
Revocation and Return of Payment
The customer is asked to announce claims and revocations by mail or telephone.

If the value of the goods is lower than 40,00 EUR the customer is obliged to pay the postage fees for the return. If the value of the goods exceeds 40,00 EUR, the seller will refund the shipping costs as well as the value of the articles ordered.
Usually, DPD is assigned with pickup and return of the goods.
Please keep the goods to be returned prepacked at hand.
The return sticker and all other necessary documents will be provided by the courier.
After your return has been processed by the sales department, the seller refunds the amount due the same way the payment has been made.

The determination of shipping costs service is only available if there is at least one article in the basket.
Shipping Costs for Resellers
Shipments to Germany,
For retailer/wholesaler with the discount 0 and 1: free shipping from 350,00 EUR (plus VAT) order value; till 350,00 EUR (plus VAT) order value: 6,50 EUR (plus VAT) per parcel. For retailer/wholesaler bigger than 1, we have another shipping charges.
Austria and Italy Shipments to all other countries of the European Union. The shipping costs to these countries are 20,00 EUR
The shipping costs to all other countries of the European Union are 30,00 EUR (plus VAT) per package flat. If the buyer can state a valid VAT-ID, the seller will be happy to issue a net invoice.
Small Order Surcharge:
commercial orders start at 150,00 EUR net value for Germany, Austria and Italy. All other countries of the European Union have a minimum order value of 300,00 EUR net.
Orders below these values will be charged an extra surcharge of 10,00 EUR. This amount will be added to the shipping costs automatically.
